We are now hiring and have the following position available:

Inside Sales Representative

Key responsibilities

• Receive inbound sales calls
• Place outbound calls to follow-up on products and service inquiries in a timely manner
• Accurately determine customer needs and explain features and benefits that provide value
• Give customer quotes and product information
• Work effectively in a team environment - No cold calling!

Qualifications

• Proven ability to close deals over the phone
• Goal oriented team player, and a self-starter who is highly motivated to succeed.
• Great attitude and relentless dedication to success
• Top notch written and oral communication skills with a high attention to detail
• Previous call center experience is an asset but not essential

Must be flexible in work schedules

This is a permanent, full-time position which offers a base salary of $30,000 plus commission (earning potential to $54,000), plenty of room for advancement and a positive, pleasant work environment.

Office is located in Markham, Ontario.

All candidates must be able to travel to our head office in Markham. Plus all candidates must have open schedules, able to cover various shift times.
